The Assembler will perform a wide variety of tasks supporting a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment. Responsibilities include assembly, disassembly, reassembly, fabrication, repair, and inspection of electronic, electrical, and mechanical systems and assemblies.

This role requires strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions while maintaining quality and production standards.

Key Responsibilities
Perform assembly and rework of electronic and mechanical assemblies
Conduct material preparation and component installation
Perform wire and cable preparation, installation, crimping, and torquing using hand tools and instruments
Set up and operate manufacturing equipment, machines, and hand tools
Route, dispatch, and expedite material flow as required
Perform in-process inspections to ensure compliance with company and customer standards
Verify work accuracy and adherence to written work instructions
Support repair, fabrication, and inspection activities
Maintain productivity while performing repetitive manufacturing processes
Collaborate with production teams to meet schedule and delivery targets
Shift job assignments based on production needs

Required Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of applicable manufacturing or technical experience
Experience working within manufacturing databases or automation systems such as:
VM
CMES
SAP
or similar systems

Strong hand/finger dexterity and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to interpret and follow detailed work instructions and quality standards
Basic computer and mathematical skills

Experience using common hand tools and torque instruments:
Screwdrivers
Ratchets
Sockets
Torque tools and analyzers

Ability to multitask and adapt to changing production priorities
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Demonstrated time management and continuous improvement mindset
Positive attitude and professional interpersonal skills

Physical Demands
Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks for extended periods of time
Frequent use of hands and fingers requiring fine motor skills and manual dexterity
Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods throughout the shift
May be required to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and twist during assembly and inspection activities
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment up to 25–35 pounds occasionally
Visual acuity required for detailed inspection of small components and assemblies
Ability to work with small tools, wiring, and precision instruments
Capability to work in a manufacturing environment that may include moderate noise levels and moving equipment
Must be able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, and other protective gear as required
